Ming and Los Angeles guilloché master Josh Shapiro have launched the 37.06 Lightning, a 38mm steel watch whose Grade 2 titanium dial is rose-engine-turned with a brand-new lightning-bolt pattern, then heat-coloured by hand with a butane torch into a unique orange-to-blue gradient. Roughly one in three dials survives the process. CHF 6,250, first orders open 5 June 2026 at 13:00 GMT, then around ten pieces per month.
Presented during the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco 2026, the Monaco Speed 12 replaces the classic chronograph layout with a jumping-hour display of twelve rotating titanium pistons. The automatic calibre TH84-00 was developed by La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton — the first time the patented Spin Time architecture appears outside Louis Vuitton. Limited to 50 numbered pieces in Grade 5 titanium, from December 2026.
Glashütte Original answers its North America-exclusive panda Seventies X with the mirror image: the Seventies Chronograph XV, a matt black lacquered dial with silver galvanised totalisers in the 40mm TV-shaped steel case. Released on Lou Gehrig Day, Oris revives its 40 mm Big Crown Pointer Date as a Yankees-coloured charity edition for ALS awareness. Limited to 2,130 pieces — Gehrig’s consecutive-games record — at CHF 2,400, with his 1939 farewell speech engraved on the caseback.
Bell & Ross returns to its rarest muse for a fourth time, partnering with S.T. Dupont on a 42 mm steel-and-18K-rose-gold BR-05 Chrono. Limited to 150 sets at EUR 19,200, each comes in a Macassar ebony humidor box with a matching Ligne 2 lighter and cigar cutter.

Frederique Constant introduces its first-ever solar movement, the calibre FC-120, in the new Classics Moneta Solarmetre. Developed with sister company La Joux-Perret under the Citizen group, it runs for a day on a minute of light and up to ten months in darkness. Albishorn's latest "imaginary vintage" piece, the Type X-Graph, invents a 1948 transparent-dial prototype that supposedly predates the famous Type 20 pilot chronographs. Reference 1-39-34-08-22-04, priced at USD 10,000, available now from May 2026 for one year only before leaving the catalogue. The most dial-craft-intensive annual chronograph the manufacture has produced since 2021.
Casio's first G-Shock to wear the Toyota Gazoo Racing badge lands on 28 May 2026, timed to the opening day of the FIA World Rally Championship's Forum8 Rally Japan in Aichi Prefecture. Built on the slim octagonal GA-2100 'CasiOak' platform, the watch goes fully matte black with a silver GR logo at 12 o'clock and a single red day-of-week indicator at 9 — Casio's most editorially disciplined colour break on the CasiOak to date. Citizen has dropped the ATTESA Mandalorian Beskar in step with the cinema debut of The Mandalorian and Grogu on 22 May 2026 — a 1,400-piece worldwide limited edition built on the upper-ATTESA H800 Eco-Drive calibre, with a perpetual calendar, 1/20-second chronograph, multi-band radio sync across 26 time zones, and a two-tone Super Titanium case in Duratect Carbide and Duratect DLC. British microbrand Arken has dropped the second core colourway of its dual-time Alterum — a Sage Grey dial that walks the line between desaturated British Racing Green and grey under different light. The watch ships at £630 with a titanium case, screw-locked crowns, 200 m water resistance, and a proprietary 12-hour GMT module on a Miyota 9015 base. First wave went live in-stock on 23 May 2026; second-wave preorder opens 30 May.
Christopher Ward's annual Bel Canto limited edition has arrived in a Negroni-coloured guilloché finish — a 300-piece edition of the brand's in-house chiming watch with a femto-laser dial that shifts between deep scarlet, warm amber, and burnt orange under different light. Priced at roughly US$4,995–5,340, it remains the most accessible Swiss-Made mechanical passing-chime watch on the market.
Bremont's just-launched Altitude Air Force Blue Capsule Collection introduces one genuinely new model — the MB Meteor Time Zones, the first true world-timer Bremont has ever built into the Altitude line. Housed in a 42 mm Grade 2 titanium Trip-Tick case at just 12.23 mm thick, it combines a caller-style GMT hand, a bi-directional inner city ring for 24 reference zones, and an RAF-uniform-inspired Air Force Blue dial. Priced from US$ 5,850, it is the first watch in years that fits the Bremont mission statement without qualification.
Ressence has extended its integrated-bracelet Type 7 GMT with an optional fitted rubber strap on a titanium pass-through pin buckle, offered alongside the existing titanium bracelet for the Black and Cactus dial colourways. The watch itself is unchanged — 41 mm Grade 5 titanium case, the brand's signature convex oil-filled dial driving the ROCS 7 module with GMT — but the new strap option materially changes the wearing case for a model that until now has shipped only on bracelet. Watch Angels and Alpina have introduced the Startimer Pilot IFR Chronograph — a 44 mm steel pilot's watch built around what the makers describe as the world's first mechanical complication for IFR holding-pattern entry. The watch uses the chronograph hand, the rotating bezel, and a dedicated sub-dial to mechanically indicate whether a Direct, Teardrop, or Parallel entry is the correct route into a holding pattern. It is powered by the column-wheel Sellita SW531b, limited to 300 pieces, and priced at CHF 4,295.
Serica has introduced the Ref. 7505 Field Chronometer, a compact 35 mm reformulation of its cult-favourite Field Chronometer line. The watch carries a new case (9.6 mm thick, 41.5 mm lug-to-lug), three new dial variants — the Minute Critical Dial in Black and Olive Green, plus the brand's signature TXD ('Tuxedo') dial — and the COSC-certified Soprod M100 movement inside. Omega has introduced the Seamaster Diver 300M Chronograph "007 First Light" — the first chronograph variant of the Seamaster Diver 300M ever issued in the James Bond line. Armin Strom has unveiled the Dual Time GMT Resonance Aventurine — a 10-piece limited edition that fits Venetian aventurine to the brand's flagship dual-balance resonance dual-time GMT. Horologically Unique's Calatrava-96-inspired HU-01 line bows out in a vintage-correct 34 mm case with lab-grown diamond hour markers — a silver-dial classic limited to 80 pieces and a Burma-jade "Yu" edition limited to 30, both still running the historic Peseux 7001 hand-wound calibre. At around USD 2,000, it is one of the most cleanly resolved dress-watch closers of 2026.

Briston's Paris-French micro-brand answers summer with the Clubmaster Legend Diver Ocean — a 40 mm, 200 m dive watch built around a three-dimensional molded wave dial, a navy-blue sapphire bezel, and the brand's signature tortoiseshell cellulose-acetate case (also available in brushed steel). Breitling has comprehensively redesigned the Chronomat collection, unveiling 22 new references across three platforms. The B01 42 sheds 1.3 mm of thickness, the new B31 Automatic 40 introduces the in-house Caliber B31 in the first time-and-date Chronomat ever offered in a 40 mm case, and the entire collection moves to a fully integrated case-and-bracelet architecture — Breitling's most coherent integrated-sports-watch play to date.

ochs und junior marks twenty years with the Calendario Quattro Anni — a brand-new four-year calendar by Ludwig Oechslin that sits between the Anno (annual) and the CCA (perpetual). A. Lange & Söhne has revived the Cabaret Tourbillon at the 2026 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, cased for the first time in proprietary Honeygold. Limited to 50 pieces, it carries the in-house calibre L042.1 with a 120-hour power reserve and the brand's patented stop-seconds-on-the-tourbillon — a rare manufacture rectangular tourbillon at roughly €300,000.
Naoya Hida & Co. has opened applications today (18 May 2026, 10 am JST) for its 2026 annual collection: seven new references — including the brand's first-ever chronograph, the NH Type 7A powered by a restored vintage Valjoux Calibre 23 column-wheel movement, and the NH Type 8A, a 31 mm dress piece on a brand-new in-house Calibre 2326SS. Urwerk closes its UR-10 Spacemeter programme with a final 25-piece run in blue, capping total production at just 75 pieces.
