History
Fortis was founded in 1912 by Walter Vogt in Grenchen, Switzerland, and made history in 1926 partnering with John Harwood to produce the world's first commercially available automatic wristwatch. Fortis became the official watch of the Russian space agency, worn aboard MIR and the International Space Station from the 1990s onward. The Marinemaster represents Fortis's deep-dive heritage, built for professional underwater operations at 500 meters. This DLC edition merges the brand's legacy from the vacuum of space to the pressure of the deep ocean.
