Chopard Happy Diamonds Heritage 202299-0001 — Fifty Years of Free-Floating Diamonds, Back on Onyx and Gold

Fifty years after Ronald Kurowski proposed setting diamonds free between two sapphire crystals, Chopard reissues the 1976 Happy Diamonds close to the original: a cushion case in 18k ethical yellow gold over a black onyx dial. The 34 mm carries the hand-wound calibre 10.01-C and 21 floating stones at EUR 46,000; a 24 mm quartz sits below it.
